So I LOOOOVVVVE Pizza!!!! If I could I would probably eat it everyday. But we all know CARBS are our enemy! So I came up with a carb free pizza crust made with only 7 ingredients! I definitely went through some trial and error figuring out how to make this crust taste good so everyone in the family would actually try it.
Cauliflower holds a ton of water and if not completely remove you will have soggy crust. EWWWWW!!! Aint nobody like soggy pizza!
After a few tries… I was able to make a crust that the whole family will eat and I don’t have any guilt feeding my kids pizza 2-3 times a week.

Cook Time 30 mins
4 cups of Birds Eye Frozen Riced Cauliflower (Around 3 bags)
¼ Cup Mozzarella Cheese
¼ Parmensan Cheese
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
¼ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
Lets Get cooking……
Preheat oven the 400 degrees
Cook frozen cauliflower as directed on bag
**** If Ricing Cauliflower from scratch follow next 3 steps.
****There are many ways to do this. Chop, Grate, Blender, Food processor and Juicer.
- If you are using the Juicer which is a FAB idea!! Rough cut you cauliflower
- Microwave 5 mins
- Place cauliflower in Juicer. Not only will you get riced cauliflower but it will remove all excess water from the cauliflower. This will ensure the crispy crust you are looking for.
***I know not everyone has a juicer. Chop, grater or Food Processor are also a great option.
Take your riced cauliflower into a microwavable bowl and cook for 5-6 mins. Then let cool for 5 mins or until you are able to handle the rice in your hand.
Using either a cheese cloth or paper towel. Take rice into small batches and squeeze out ALL water. This is what will be key in making sure your crust is crispy . If you feed you family soggy crust, I promise it will be the first and last time they have cauliflower crust!
Once all water is drained. Place, cauliflower, egg, cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and garlic powder into bowl and mix. Making sure all ingredients are well combined.
Grab your sheet pan and spray with non-stick spray. Place your cauliflower mixture on pan creating a 12′ inch pizza crust.
Bake for 25 minutes
- Remove and top your pizza with your favorite ingredients.
- Place back into oven for 8-10 minutes.
